They also facilitate group workshops and activities that promote self-esteem, leadership, and community engagement among young people. Duties include completing intake and discharge paperwork.
Full-Time Youth Outreach Advocate – Family Assistance Program for Fam Spot a Youth Drop-In Center is seeking a dedicated full-time Youth Outreach Advocate to provide mentorship, crisis support, and resource connection for unhoused and at-risk youth ages 12–24. This role includes outreach, supervision, and community engagement.

This outreach-focused role provides mentorship, advocacy, and life skills support to help youth build stable and independent futures. Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and passionate about empowering young people.
Some evenings and weekends required.
The Family Assistance Program is seeking a compassionate Case Manager for the Next Step Program to support individuals and families transitioning from incarceration. This role involves providing case management, advocacy, and life-skills support, including job readiness, financial planning, and resource coordination. The Case Manager will work closely with clients to set goals, navigate services, and promote stability and self-sufficiency while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Victims of Crime Outreach Advocate (Full-Time)
The Outreach Advocate provides direct support to youth who are victims of crime through street outreach, crisis intervention, and referrals to vital resources. This role works closely with community partners to build trusting relationships, promote safety, and connect youth to services that support healing and stability. Training is provided.
