This position also works with employers and community resources to help participants secure and maintain meaningful employment.

Family Assistance Program is seeking a compassionate and dependable Lead Youth Advocate to join our Our Stay program. This position provides direct support and advocacy to youth while offering leadership and guidance to Youth Advocates during shifts. Responsibilities include crisis support, youth supervision, documentation, staff training and onboarding, and assisting the Program Administrator with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering youth and has strong communication, leadership, and crisis intervention skills.

The Financial Empowerment Advocate provides financial education and one-on-one coaching to help clients develop healthy financial habits, improve credit, set financial goals, and create action plans toward financial stability. This position also facilitates financial literacy classes both in person and virtually.
