Human Trafficking Advocate (Youth Focused) – Family Assistance Program is hiring a full-time advocate to provide trauma-informed, survivor-centered support to youth impacted by commercial sexual exploitation and human trafficking. This role focuses on crisis intervention, empowerment, and connecting youth to vital community resources. Ideal candidates are compassionate, collaborative, and committed to helping survivors build safety, trust, and independence.
The Financial Empowerment Advocate provides financial education through weekly classes and one-on-one coaching, helping clients set goals, build healthy financial habits, and achieve long-term stability. This part-time role supports individuals through teaching, personalized guidance, and ongoing encouragement.
Program Administrator (Our Stay Youth Shelter) – Family Assistance Program is seeking a full-time Program Administrator to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and compliance at Our Stay youth shelter. This leadership role ensures the safety, care, and development of youth while supporting staff growth and program excellence. Ideal candidates are experienced, compassionate, and dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for youth in crisis.
Youth Advocate / Facility Manager – Family Assistance Program is seeking a full-time Youth Advocate / Facility Manager to ensure the daily operations, safety, and well-being of youth in our shelter. This role includes supervision, mentoring, documentation, and coordination with staff to maintain a positive and supportive environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, and a commitment to youth care and safety.
Human Trafficking Advocate – Family Assistance Program is seeking a full-time advocate to support survivors of human trafficking entering Hope House Shelter and throughout the High Desert. This role provides crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy to help survivors rebuild their lives through trauma-informed, compassionate care. Candidates should have strong communication skills, knowledge of community resources, and a passion for empowering survivors.
The Housing Navigator helps clients secure and maintain stable housing by providing resources, assisting with applications and financial support, and building relationships with landlords and community partners. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
The Certified STRTP/GH Administrator is responsible for ensuring that residential youth are treated fairly and respectfully while residing in a safe, home-like environment where they receive treatment. Under the supervision of the Director of Youth Shelters, provides day-to-day management and care to residents in a state-licensed Short-Term Residential Treatment Program. Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising Residential Advocates who provide daily care for residents. Maintain program and facility regulatory compliance. Works closely with Case Managers to ensure all aspects of residents’ mental health treatment plans are implemented and followed. Manages daily house operations and, when necessary, maintains positive relationships with the neighborhood.
