Human Trafficking Advocate
The Human Trafficking Advocate provides direct support, crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy services to survivors of human trafficking and labor trafficking. This position assists clients with accessing housing, employment, healthcare, education, and other essential resources while promoting healing, empowerment, and successful community reintegration. The Advocate collaborates with community partners, law enforcement, and service providers to ensure comprehensive, trauma-informed care and may also support domestic violence shelter services and community outreach efforts.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Youth Shelter Advocate provides one-on-one support and mentorship to young individuals, helping them navigate personal, educational, and social challenges. They develop and implement individualized plans that address each youth’s specific needs and goals, including academic support, career guidance, and life skills development. They also facilitate group workshops and activities that promote self-esteem, leadership, and community engagement among young people. Duties include completing intake and discharge paperwork.

The Family Assistance Program's Welcome Home TAY Shelter is hiring a Part-Time Specialized Shelter Youth Advocate to support at-risk youth in our Welcome Home program. This outreach-focused role provides mentorship, advocacy, and life skills support to help youth build stable and independent futures. Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and passionate about empowering young people.
Some evenings and weekends required.

The Family Assistance Program is seeking a compassionate Case Manager for the Next Step Program to support individuals and families transitioning from incarceration. This role involves providing case management, advocacy, and life-skills support, including job readiness, financial planning, and resource coordination. The Case Manager will work closely with clients to set goals, navigate services, and promote stability and self-sufficiency while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Victims of Crime Outreach Advocate (Full-Time)
The Outreach Advocate provides direct support to youth who are victims of crime through street outreach, crisis intervention, and referrals to vital resources. This role works closely with community partners to build trusting relationships, promote safety, and connect youth to services that support healing and stability. Training is provided.
