Training Coordinator provides administrative support to the Personnel team by tracking staff training requirements, maintaining accurate training records, and assisting in the identification and scheduling of training opportunities. Assisting with Personnel duties that include processing leave of absence requests, on-boarding and terminations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and can support the organization’s mission by helping ensure staff remain compliant, supported, and well-informed.


Temporary Position Employment Assistance Specialist – Summary

The Employment Assistance Specialist Temporary Position supports program participants in securing and maintaining stable employment. This role involves assessing participants’ job readiness and skills, providing ongoing employment case management, and connecting individuals with job opportunities through employer partnerships and referrals. The specialist also motivates clients in their job search, tracks available job openings, and maintains accurate documentation of services, case notes, and referrals in the Apricot system while supporting participants in achieving their long-term employment goals.

Victims of Crime Outreach Advocate (Full-Time)

The Outreach Advocate provides direct support to youth who are victims of crime through street outreach, crisis intervention, and referrals to vital resources. This role works closely with community partners to build trusting relationships, promote safety, and connect youth to services that support healing and stability. Training is provided.

The Housing Case Manager provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic violence participating in housing programs throughout San Bernardino County. This role includes conducting client assessments, delivering ongoing case management, connecting participants to community resources, assisting with move-in planning and restraining orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of domestic violence dynamics, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid California driver’s license. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
