Training Coordinator

Full time Position.

Reports to Executive Assistant. 

Good faith based starting rate of $24-$25 an hour.

Key Responsibilities

· Schedule internal and external training sessions

· Communicate training details, logistics, and expectations to staff

· Assist with preparing training materials and resources

· Identify relevant training opportunities, workshops, and courses

· Evaluate training options based on cost, quality, and organizational needs

· Maintain a catalog of approved training resources

· Assist with vendor communication and registration processes

· Track employee training, certifications, and renewal dates; send reminders and help coordinate required trainings.

· Maintain accurate training records for audits, grant requirements, and internal reporting.

· Assist with processing leave requests, including distributing forms, tracking timelines, and documenting return-to-work details.

· Maintain confidential personnel files and ensure documentation meets nonprofit and legal standards.

· Respond to routine staff questions and provide general Personnel administrative support.

· Assist with onboarding tasks related to required training and paperwork.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent; some personnel, business, or nonprofit coursework preferred.

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

· Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn personnel systems.

· Strong communication skills and an interest in nonprofit work.

· Driver's License and Insurance Required
