Key Responsibilities
Direct Duties

  • Conduct weekly financial literacy classes both in-person and via Zoom.

  • Facilitate tests and quizzes to assess client learning and measure knowledge outcomes.

  • Use financial assessment tools to help clients understand their personal financial situations.

  • Provide weekly one-on-one, goal-based financial coaching.

  • Support clients in developing and maintaining healthy financial habits.

  • Offer personal encouragement and motivation to help clients achieve their financial goals.

  • Positively represent and promote the agency within the community.

  • Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
