Key Responsibilities
Direct Duties
Conduct weekly financial literacy classes both in-person and via Zoom.
Facilitate tests and quizzes to assess client learning and measure knowledge outcomes.
Use financial assessment tools to help clients understand their personal financial situations.
Provide weekly one-on-one, goal-based financial coaching.
Support clients in developing and maintaining healthy financial habits.
Offer personal encouragement and motivation to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Positively represent and promote the agency within the community.
Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
