We're Hiring: Employment Assistance Specialist

Location: Victorville/San Bernardino
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Benefits: After a 90-day introductory period, employees receive paid sick leave, vacation time, holidays, and access to an optional health insurance plan.

Are you passionate about helping others achieve stability through meaningful employment? We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Employment Assistance Specialist to join our team!

As part of our program, you'll work closely with participants to assess their employment readiness, connect them with job opportunities, and support them through every step of their journey to long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and provide weekly/monthly employment case management
• Advocate with local employers to secure job placements for participants
• Maintain and share up-to-date job listings
• Facilitate internal and external referrals to employment resources
• Motivate and coach clients toward achieving their employment goals
• Accurately document services, case notes, and outcomes in CAP60 and Apricot databases
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to program success
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in employment services, workforce development, or case management preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and maintaining accurate documentation

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
